Crazy day!  That's all I can think about to describe today.  This posting will be smaller because I need to run to the store still for preparation for tomorrow.  Today started out by going to a friends house and learning how to can peaches.  She also gave us a whole box of FREE peaches.  So I am hoping to can them tomorrow and figure out a way to incorporate that into a lesson.  We then came home and worked on review of writing and spelling numbers 0-12 and took an assessment.  Then there was a primary activity were they got to celebrate learning the articles of faith.  After that we came home and worked on sentence structure and word order.  We then reviewed the story Sylvester and the Magic Pebble.  The story uses very vivid images of expression so we practiced using our faces to make different expressions.  Emma really got into it! Then the girls drew pictures from the story and Hailey got so excited when she figured out how to draw a donkey, so she drew the whole donkey family. Here are some pics from today!
